At FoxysCraft.com, products are individually crafted according to each customer\u2019s specifications; therefore, personalized items, such as those engraved with personal preferences, are not eligible for returns. However, if you are not satisfied with the product quality or if you receive an item with a manufacturing fault (incorrect engraving, different font, or color), please contact us immediately using the provided contact details.<\/span><\/p>\n

To return an item, there must be a valid and clear reason for the return.<\/span>
\nIn such cases, the customer must write an email explaining the situation and attach several photos to help us understand the issue better.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the email, the customer should include their full name and order number, which will help us identify the order. Once the situation is assessed, a corresponding decision will be made, and a response will be sent within 2 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

FoxysCraft.com is not responsible for errors made by the customer when placing an order. This rule does not apply if the product was incorrectly engraved due to an error on the part of FoxysCraft.com.<\/span>
