To return an item, there must be a valid and clear reason for the return.
In such cases, the customer must write an email explaining the situation and attach several photos to help us understand the issue better.
In the email, the customer should include their full name and order number, which will help us identify the order. Once the situation is assessed, a corresponding decision will be made, and a response will be sent within 2 business days.
