1. General Provisions

1.1. Trade in the online store foxyscraft.com (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) is conducted according to the rules of purchase and sale of goods of foxyscraft.com (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

New Rules take effect from the day they are posted in the Store. Orders placed before the change of Rules are processed according to the Rules valid at the time of order placement.
1.6. The Seller is not responsible and does not compensate the Customer for any damage incurred due to non-compliance with the conditions specified in the Rules.

2. Customer Personal Data

2.1. The customer can order goods in the e-store:
2.1.1. by registering at foxyscraft.com – entering the data requested at registration;
2.1.2. without registering at foxyscraft.com.
2.2. When ordering goods by the methods specified in section 2.1, the Customer must provide the necessary personal data for the proper fulfillment of the goods order in the respective fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
2.3. The Customer agrees that the Seller has the right to process the Customer's personal data in the cases and for the purposes specified in these Rules.
2.4. The Customer undertakes to protect their login data to the Store and not disclose it to any third party.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer's personal data and information related to the order to any third parties, except for the Seller's partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the Customer's order. In other cases, the Customer's personal data may be disclosed when required by a competent state institution in cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or by a separate written consent of the Customer.
2.6. The Seller undertakes to ensure the protection of the Customer's personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment

3.1. At the e-store foxyscraft.com, the Customer can shop all day, seven days a week.
3.2. The contract takes effect from the moment the Customer clicks the “Pay” button, and having received the order, the Seller confirms it – sends a confirmation email to the Customer’s specified email.
3.3. The contract is considered fulfilled when the Customer pays for the goods and receives them.
3.4. Each order results in a new purchase-sale contract.
3.5. The prices of the goods in the e-store and the formed order indicated in euros are final.
3.6. You can pay for your order by choosing one of the listed payment methods:

Paysera (e-banking, credit cards);
PayPal (online payment system).
3.6.2. Payment by bank transfer – this is an advance payment, where the Customer, having received a payment instruction after order confirmation, transfers money to the bank account of foxyscraft.com owner.
3.6.3. Payment in cash at the time of goods collection – the Customer pays for the goods at the time of their collection.

4. Production Time

4.1. All products seen in the Store are made to order. Their production takes 1-3 business days.
4.2. Goods are sent to the Customer only after they have been produced.

5. Goods Delivery Conditions

5.2. Orders are accepted daily, but processed only on working days.

6. Goods Return and Warranties

6.1. Wallets and keychains sold in the Store are individually created according to each Customer's requirements, therefore personalized items, i.e., engraved according to personal Customer wishes, cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or if you receive a product with a manufacturing error (incorrect engraving, different font or product color), please contact us as soon as possible using the provided contacts.
6.2. To return a product, the product return must have a justifiable and clear reason. In such cases, the customer must write an email explaining the situation and attach several photos to help us understand the issue better.

6.3. In the email, the Customer must specify their name and surname and the order number, which will allow the order to be identified. After assessing the situation, an appropriate decision will be made, and a response will be sent within 2 business days.
6.4. foxyscraft.com Store is not responsible for errors made by the Customer when placing an order. This rule does not apply if the product was poorly engraved due to the fault of foxyscraft.com.
6.5. The Seller is not liable if the products in the Store do not exactly match the actual properties of the products in terms of color, shape, or other parameters due to the characteristics of the communication tools used by the Customer.
6.6. The Seller is not responsible for the deterioration in the quality of the products if the Customer or persons to whom the Customer has transferred the products used them for purposes other than those for which such products are typically used.

7. Other Provisions

7.1. All content on the foxyscraft.com page, including photos, moving images, graphic elements, and videos, belongs to foxyscraft.com. Any use of the page content is prohibited without permission from foxyscraft.com.
7.2. The Rules are made according to the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, and the relationships provided for in these rules are subject to Lithuanian law.
7.3. The parties undertake to resolve all disputes arising from the execution of the Rules by negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation, the disputes will be settled in court.
